but rather our way of showing love, welcoming friends, expressing our creativity, having fun, and nourishing our souls.

I created The Beehive to be a boutique catering firm devoted to personalized service and the old-fashioned hospitality with which I grew up. In order to insure the highest attention to detail I specialize in events with attendees no greater than 125. I can either cook at your home for your intimate dinner for two or prepare for your event off-site and deliver it to your door.
As chef and founder of The Beehive, Camille combines her professional culinary training with her experience as a Washington, D.C.-based event planner and opera singer to create a warm and traditional, yet fresh and creative approach to entertaining.
At the heart of her business is the food. Camille works with clients to design and prepare the highest quality meal for receptions, dinners, or afternoon teas. Camille consults clients on every aspect of hosting an event from wait staff, linens, and tableware to flowers, lighting, entertainment, and music. Always she delivers an attention to detail reminiscent to the great hostesses of the Gilded Age and an eye for the best of the casual elegance of our 21st century lifestyle.
