"Beehive Catering created a wonderful atmosphere and great food for a private dinner party in my home. I returned home from work and they had arranged things beautifully and were all ready for the party. The guests raved all night about the food, and I kept telling them to give their praise directly to Camille and Nicole in the kitchen. It was a perfect evening in honor of some visiting officials from Germany. When I saw the Germans the next day after the dinner, they were still raving about what a special evening it was and how the food was all so marvelous from the appetizers to the entrees and side dishes to the desserts. The crostini were so good that people gathered around the dish and didn't want to move! The beef tenderloin melted in your mouth and you could cut it with a fork. All the other dishes were great, and the Lime Almond Tart and Flourless Chocolate cake were smashing successes as well."
